Who in Van Wert has not walked around the small reservoir at least once in their life.  This is a great place to walk.  We have actually walked this reservoir quite a lot in the last few years, and now we know exactly how far it is.  This was a Friday night.  We had gone out to supper at the Mexican Restaurant and had drank a pitcher of margaritas before we walked.  Wouldn't necessarily suggest doing that on a regular basis.
